OSCAR

OSCAR- out of school care and recreation providing supervised programmes for children 5-13 years. We are CYF’s approved so that families are able to access WINZ subsidies for all our OSCAR programmes. Our programmes together with the pre-school foster long-term relationships with families in this community

Before School Care – provides a quiet homely environment for your children before dropping them to local schools. Currently we are only able to drop off children to Meadowbank, Mt Carmel and St Thomas’ primary schools.
Hours: 7:15 or 7:30am start
Fees: $9 for early start, $6 for 7:30am start.

After School Care- This is an award winning quality programme in a non- school based, friendly and supportive environment.
Hours: 2:45pm to 5:45pm
Fees: $13 per child – Meadowbank & Mt Carmel and all schools where children make their own way to us. $14 per child for other schools
Family discounts available.

Holiday Programmes – we offer two programmes each primary school holiday, 5-9 years and 9+ years. Our programme’s seek to provide, fun, ’cool’ and exciting activities with trips and outings as well as Centre based activities.

WINZ subsidies available.
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm (some half days and early morning starts available)
Fees: vary depending on activities approximately $40- $45 per day
