Rooms
There are a number of rooms and combinations available, rooms can be arranged to suit your individual or group needs. Kitchen facilities are available at no additional charge.
Equipment We offer a wide variety of equipment for your use but please let us know when booking your requirements so that we can make sure that it is available in your meeting room. Additional equipment can be hired from local businesses.
Photocopying and Faxing The Centre can help with your black and white photocopying needs and provide limited colour copying. Faxes can also be sent and received. Costs on request.

MR1
This is our main meeting room and can be used for formal meetings, group activities and social gatherings. Whiteboards and a projector screen are fitted on a versatile track system round the room. The wall also has two noticeboards for display purposes. The room is fully carpeted and is heated by a gas fire, there is access to the rear garden and carpark. MR2 This is a modern, light, meeting rooms and is ideal for both meetings and informal teaching sessions. There is a fixed whiteboard and access to the outside deck area. Carpeted, whiteboards, tables, TV & Video/DVD player.
MR3 This is a flexible meeting room which is furnished with 2 settees and chairs, there is a fixed whiteboard. The room is suitable for formal or informal groups, this area is carpeted and opens on to the hallway. Whiteboards, tables, TV & Video/DVD player
Tahapa Crescent Hall The hall is situated approximately 1.5 Km from the main Centre. The hall has polished wooden floors, floor to ceiling mirrors and ballet bars, there are kitchen facilities leading from the hall and a smaller ‘lounge’ area off the main hall. A portable whitebaord is available for teaching purposes.
Outside Area The outside area at the Centre is available for all groups. There is a BBQ area that you are free to use – BYO charcoal, petanque, table tennis and the playground and sand pit areas. At Tahapa Crescent Hall there is a small grassed area outside.
